Topographic Surveys

After the detailed collection of survey data using EDM instruments, we can produce plans to show the exact area and topography of your land or site with our CAD facilities. Every point on your survey will be accurately positioned in plan and elevation. The plans can show levels, contours and critical dimensions. . 

You will then know for certain …

• where your boundaries really are - today!
• the position and suitability of existing services. 
• the height of any adjacent buildings, structures and trees.

And you will be able to position your buildings accurately according to plan. 

Don't work off inaccurate out-of-date plans provided by a biased third party. Check those dimensions before you waste time on design and fully utilise the area you do have available.

CAD files can be in any format to suit your system, including 3D.  Plots can be any size, any scale, any colour on any media!
