As Built Drawings and monitoring Services

Increasingly these days Building Contractors on Civil Engineering Projects are asking us to assist with their "as built" drawings. This is usually done from a combination of site surveys and drawing records. As an independent survey company the completed work has more credibility with the Client and we are usually more cost effective than existing site staff who would be distracted from ongoing duties.

Periodic monitoring of structure or sites can be carried out after establishing a remote network of control and selecting a suitable regime to match the environment. Typical examples are bridges, dams and retaining walls.
