Building Surveys

Building surveys take place for a variety of reasons:

• Internal surveys prior to redevelopment or refurbishment, e.g. shops, often where a rapid existing layout is required.
• Floor area surveys to establish or verify Office space rentals.
• External elevations; again either prior to structural or architectural alterations.

We have also been asked to carry out building surveys for archaeological records and even during excavation of historical sites.
